The majority of Acres products may be used to improve productivity, reduce waste and reduce the number of times material is handled. For the purpose of this section we have deliberately highlighted specific Lean examples as defined by our customers.
There are occasions when some automation is required to reduce operator fatigue, increase productivity and to reduce the risk of damaging the product. It was a natural progression for Acres to offer automation solutions, for example, on product chutes and dolly turnaround units.
This type of solution satisfies the needs of the turnaround units and also integrates into main factory control and monitoring systems.
We also provide small self contained structures and machines with automation.
