Acres are fully CAD enabled and has a sophisticated IT infrastructure to administer the main company activities. The CAD software we use is Solid Works and AutoCAD.
Load Testing
When customers require load testing we take the product to a certified centre that test and issue a Safe Working Load (SWL) certificate for the product.
CE Marking
Any machine with moving parts requires CE marking and guarding. This involves establishing a technical file, carrying out risk assessments and issuing a certificate of conformance to the relevant European standards.
Where third party equipment is fitted, i.e. hydraulic power packs, motors or control gear a certificate of incorporation is required for insertion into the CE certification pack.
